The sudden loss of a member can impose considerable financial challenges on both the association and the family of the member. The Social Welfare Insurance Scheme is a proactive benefit policy that disburses a predetermined sum to alleviate the financial strain faced by the family in unforeseen circumstances.

Association executives act as policyholders, while members are the insured lives. Coverage includes death and can be extended to cover permanent disability, temporary disability, and accidental medical expenses. Premiums are typically paid by members to the Association, remitted annually to the Insurance Company. Renewable annually, providing coverage on a 24-hour basis. Entry age: 18 to 70 years.

Scope of Cover

Top Executives above 70 years are however exempt from this package as they have crossed the eligible age limit. Please inform the OGTAN Secretariat if this applied to you.
