The OGTAN Board of Trustees which currently includes the pioneer Executive Secretary of NCDMB – Chief Dr. Ernest Chu Nwapa, are carefully selected with the aim of strengthening the quality of guidance and counsel to the National Executive Council of OGTAN and improving credibility of the Association in general.
